The Mirada, an award winning newspaper, comes out monthly from Rio Americano High School. The program has been producing papers for decades and is under the guidance of Michael Mahoney. His policy is that the students run the newspaper, and as a result the newspaper is entirely written, edited, and supported by the students. Newspaper is offered at Rio and is instructed in room A3. The paper is put together primarily using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
